Corey and Katherine have served in ministry in the Maritimes, in Ontario and on short terms missions trips to the Caribbean. Corey’s desire is for people to know the God who loves them, to hear his voice, to be equipped and to live out their destiny in Christ. When he is not serving, you are likely to find Corey by the water, watching a hockey game or enjoying some time with family and friends.

Courtney McNeil
Courtney has served in youth ministry, kids ministry and worship in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. She leads our Parents and Tot’s, Connections, Youth, Young Adults and Worship ministries.

Kayla Williams
Kayla has many years of experience as a Child and Youth worker, a Counselor and a Program Coordinator in addition to having experience in music ministry and leading Next Gen Praise Teams.
Office Administrator
Cathy Wiedemann
Cathy has been attending Evangel since the age of 18 when she first accepted Christ as her Saviour. Over the years she has formed many precious friendships with the people of Evangel. In 2007 she became the office administrator. When she is not at work keeping the pastoral staff in line, you can find her hanging out with family, taking walks, or taking pictures and scrapbooking.
Social Media Director
Shayla Kennedy
Shayla is our Social Media Director, oversees our online teams and administrates our tech team. She is a gifted photographer and ceramics creator!
Outreach Coordinator
Joanna Lavoie
Joanna is our Outreach Coordinator, leading Love on Dartmouth, facilitating Parents and Tot’s, Community Cupboard and several other outreaches and events. She has served in Canada and several other countries and helps to equip us to show God’s love and share his hope with our city and beyond!
Summer Student
Ife Nwosu
Ife has experience in social media development and serving with children’s ministry. She is supporting programming, outreaches, social media and web development and more! This fall she will be entering the engineering program at Dalhousie.
